A great simple instruction from Tyler Henry on how to be more calm, peaceful, present and alive in every day life. Mindfulness is great for all sorts of things – from getting close to the actual lived experience of every moment, to developing your intuition, 6th sense and having incredible spiritual experiences as well. (The Buddha called these “Sidhis”, which are the well known side effects that some people cultivate, through dedicated mindfulness or meditation practice) Thanks Tyler – great advice – even if you don’t believe in psychic mediums, this is one idea everyone ought to try 🙂
