Do Deaf People Hear in their Dreams? ESP, Telepathy and Spiritually Transformative Experiences the Hearing Impaired Community

One of our hearing impaired friends was sharing the profound experiences he has in dreams through the practice of “Dream Yoga” a technique for lucid dreaming popularized by many Tibetan Yogi’s. It turns out, ESP and Telepathy are very common in the dreams of people deaf from birth, which is incredibly interesting for a whole host of reasons. (there are also many people who are blind from birth, who report being able to see in near death experiences – the book “Mindsight” by a well known NDE researcher captures this phenomena quite well)

It’s also interesting that so many people who have Near Death and Spiritually Transformative Experiences of all types, report that communication is not verbal – but all done mind to mind…..suggesting yet another interesting intersection between science and spirituality well worth checking out.
