The truth is, there is a lot of emerging evidence that suggests that spirituality, prayer and meditation can not only help you live a happier and more fulfilling life, it can also lead to deeper connections with other people, more compassion and more connection to the things that matter most in our everyday lives. (friends, family and a sense of passion and purpose for living a more meaningful existence)
