How do you go about finding good psychics, mediums or spiritual help?

Do you seek out the advice of friends and family? Do you ask other people who are “into” psychic/spiritual or meta physical ideas? Do you go to grief groups, meetups, and ask for advice there…..or do you use popular psychic directories like YELP, or something like our site – to help decide who is real, and who is fake?
