Meditation and Near Death Experience (Life as a Great Adventure)

Love this short video from a Tibetan monk & meditation master on embracing the adventure that is your life!

I heard Mingyur Rinpoche talk about his near-death experience a few years ago in a seminar – and here, he shares a brief glimpse into a four-year long solitary retreat – what he learned about life, death and the need to always evolve in EVERY moment – and how a glimpse into the afterlife, provided the perfect opportunity to meditate in this one, as well 🙂
