What do you believe about past lives? Does it match your own spiritual world view? Even in the incredibly open minded universe of spiritual adventurers and explorers, I find that the idea of reincarnation is a challenging one for many of us, especially for those of us who were raised with more traditional Judeo/Christian values.
The truth is, regardless of what you believe, an experience with past life memories can be an incredibly transformational one – and is well worth exploring even if you’re curious, but not convinced!
