Q:  What is the easiest way to activate the energy body, or increase vibration to experience out of body states, astral travel or extended consciousness?

A:  In my view, the best meditation for raising vibration is a body scan meditation, or what is often called “sweeping” as taught by Vipassana/insight in Eastern cultures,  or mindfulness trainers in the West.
